Description
From CMX: High school student Yukari Fujimaru knows a potential star when she sees one…because she sees the special "aura" they give off, in the form of angelic wings. Yukari's fellow student, the beautiful Ryoko Katsuragi, has a small pair of wings herself, and is one of these aspiring talents. She's so talented, in fact, that no one even knows that "she" is actually a boy in disguise. Now, to make her own down-to-earth dream come true, Yukari must help her new friend become a star.
The whole story was really adorable. The ending sucked. So badly that I didn't even really realize it was over until I went to the mangafox.com page for it and saw that it really was completed. A disappointment.
This manga was really cute. The main character managed to be cute without being annoying. And the two male leads were extremely adorable as well. The story had a pretty good plot and the story was interesting enough that it kept me reading until the end. The only disappointing thing about this manga was the ending. There was no resolution between the main characters. The romance was incredibly adorable, but like I said there was no resolution. The main characters did not even confess their feelings for one another. The ending felt a bit rushed. It would have been nicer if the story had been a bit longer.
This manga was super cute and made me happy to read. I agree with the other comments that said the ending wasn't satisfactory, and the manga as a whole wasn't flawless, but I'm glad I read it.
Couldve been so much more! The ending honestly did it no justice.. and it 100% seems like the author had to rush through the last few chapters just to finish it. So many things left unexplained Dx! But it was a good read in the least i'd have to say. Buuut ,if your look for a lot of romancey manga, this isnt for you. There's only a little dab of it here & there.
I expected much of this and was really disappointed with the end.

You see that Ryou and Aya fall in love with Fujimaru but she never actually stays with any of them nor does any of them confess to her NOR DOES SHE. It's really frustrating when stories end like this.
'Sides that, the manga isn't so bad at all, it has its ups and down, of course. But if you're looking for great romance developing you've got the wrong manga indeed. I'm as disappointed as in ''Penguin Brothers''...Silly penguins.
I agree, it's not very realistic, but I gave it a 10 anyways.
The ending was indeed rushed (so typical of this mangaka(?)) , but I thought the overall story was really good. It was an interesting plot with few, but very likable, characters. The main reason why I like the story so much is because it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. It's a very fluffy story. It's not too heavy, not tragic, not deep - just very light, simple and cute. Not too many characters which is good.
Before you read this, you should know... there is NO resolution to any of the potential relationships. The ending was sudden and half-baked; all of a sudden it's "10 years later" (where they all look exactly the same) and there's no real conclusion. Other than the ending it was good--not amazing, but very solid. The plot can be ridiculous (but still believable), the art is nice, and the characters are definitely likable. It's fluffy and sparkly and cute, but a light, airy shoujo was just what I wanted.
I'm kind of frustrated because the entire thing was absolutely adorable, but the mangaka really ruined it by just cutting the series off like that... if she just had 1 more volume to tie up the loose ends it would've been a lot better.
okay so this manga might not seem much for its cover and in the first chapter but as you read along you will get the idea. This manga is very interesting in the beginnning but if you wish for romance, it's not much. I mean like you would know who likes who eventually but its not really mainly that... There's like new stories that pop up and then some are no not ended and the main idea kinda changes.
The story was not entirely solid but if you just go with the flow and dunt be so demanding it can become addicting. I'm completely obssesed with Aya because he is so cool and HOT! Just enjoy it.
It gets confusing but noone such just criticize about there are good points, geez noone understand how rough it is for a manga author and artist for me i think this manga was a cute showbiz kinda manga totally loved it Also the ending is something...
throughout this series, i kept alternating between laughing, smiling ang going 'awwhh'! it was simply MAGNIFICENT!! man the characters were so cool. and Yukari is my favorite female lead so far, next to Kiri Koshiba from Beauty Pop. The character growth was really amazing in this series. each of the characters' past just simply added to the awsomeness of this manga. I LOVED IT! ahh man i wish it was longer! and that the ending was a little more...shoujo-shiny romantic and that

. Penguin Revolution is a great, but kinda short, read for all manga-lovers! ^___^
