Description
As a six year old, Rintaro is diagnosed with Henisei Tashu Ijou Syndrome (also known as Hentai Syndrome), a disease that could kill him if he gets sexually aroused. To save him and provide a way for him to live as normal a life as possible, his father teaches him the ways to control his body and mind for ten years in the mountains, with the martial art of the Koei Sougetsu. When he's 16 he chooses to enroll Nangokuren High School, which he assumed to be the biggest all-boys school in the country but is actually the biggest all-girls school that has just gone coed.

I got Ikkitousen kind vibe while reading first chapter, 3 factions, fan-service, martial arts school girls, hapless male characters, with exception main male is just very strong in avoiding girls! I not sure whether to rate main male is typical psychical/mentally weak as he haven't actually confront any girls yet (as in Ikkitousen all the girls are stronger than guys except main male baddies) as he could literally drop dead when sexually aroused.
Dear god I swear manga's like this are nearly extinct,since you don't see the male protagonist to be stronger than the female these days and no I dont hate that It's just that these mangas have protagonist where he starts from absolute zero to absolute hero.While in this manga the protagonist is a total beefy guy from the very beggining.
Why do we get a badass, but he is allergic to ecchi. This manga is actually great; the fanservice is not like TLR

Sooner or later we are going to yearn for manga's like this.
So my advice is try to enjoy these while you still can.

This series does have a lot of fan service but it's not over the top to me. One of my favorite things about this series is that the mc is a complete badass.
Personally I have never seen a disease used in this fashion where the character actually has to avoid all the ecchi scenarios. He isn't one of those perverted characters who always peeps either which is nice. It may be cliche but cliche's run the world.

If I must say, the story is kind of funny. At least the MC is not some pervert who's intentionally tried to do pervert things; he's just an innocent badass. Sure, it's an ecchi, but let just take it as a fanservice.
I'd love to see how he struggles to lead a 'normal' school life devoid of perversion.

Not half bad series atleast judging from the first chapter. But somehow this series really reminds me of Girls of Wilds HIgh. Same setup. except from the protagonist background. Girls fighting school gets co-ed. With three S class powerful female fighters as main supporting cast. so yeah in short. Girls of Wilds but dumped down to make room for Ecchi-ness.
I think martial arts and ecchi is a great mix. Hentai doesn't fit in with martial arts much but ecchi is perfect for it. The cliches are cliches, that's why i love it! Isn't being cliche the point? The huge boobs, the perverted mc, the girls school becomes integrated, etc. all the makings of a beautiful ecchi manga.
I thought it was pretty good and I also thought it was funny how the main character got so strong for such a stupid reason. I hope that it has some romance and maybe even becomes a harem later on, because I think it would get much better if it did that. I would be disappointed if it didn't become romance when it would be so easy to make it that but otherwise it would still be a pretty decent manga.
So many cliches on just the first chapter, the art is decent, though with a little too much fan-service for my tastes, the plot extremely overused.
Bottom line I am going to give it a few more chapters, and hope for the best, but frankly I think its gonna go down hill from here.
