This was too cute~

This mangaka has a thing for short people/tall people relationships I've noticed after reading countless series by her. It's absolutely amazing that the contradicting parings that she perceives shoots a thrill of cute excitement through my core. In other words, this is so adorable I could eat it! The cuteness of the relationships radiates adorableness; you can't possibly ignore this. You can't. I won't let you.

For a tips up, it has uniforms~ So for those guys with the fetish for uniforms, this is for you. I myself have a thing for uniforms and I'm elated.

Firstly, loved the art. It took me a while to read it just 'cause I kept staring.

Secondly, the story was cute. I didn't have as much trouble believing in them falling in love as others. Doujima saw Tanaka, was attracted, and approached him. I actually found it refreshing to find such an open guy whose not afraid to take the first step even if he might be shot down. My problem is that it felt like it was lacking a chapter or two. I would have liked to see more resolution rather than just the expectation of it. Plus, I wanted to see a little more from Doujima's point of view. He really tried hard at getting and keeping their relationship going, it would have been nice to see Tanaka working on it too (it kind of cut short of that).

@Kir and Dagorkitty - The last chapter was an extra about two different characters (Yoshino and Minamoto). Sure, Minamoto looks similar to Doujima, but he's not the same. My guess is that it was an earlier story done by the mangaka with a character who was later remodeled as Doujima, but that's purely my own guess.

This manga had a nice flow to it and i liked seeing the development in their relationship from two strangers to people that were able to overcome their differences and fall in love. I guess the concept of meeting new people everyday and falling in love even if you feel closed off is rather exciting to me and in my mind, these charecters were very realistic and created the perfect atmosphere for luuurve.

i agree with @deathbypenguin, there is something missing in this manga, it is really nice though.

I have a question, are Doujima from the main story and Minato from the last chapter the same person? @Kir seemed to imply in his comment that they were the same person, but i'm not sure. When i first saw minato i thought they were the same person (because they look the same) and when a finshed reading the last chapter a thought they just looked similar and that it was an unrealted extra story, that the author tried to draw a similar character but wasn't able to and ended with one looking exactly the same. And then there is the issue on the diferent names, though it could be that one was the surname and the other the first name? i'm confused. Anyway, if they were the same person, that really ruined this manga for me, cause he was like cheating or something? o was that the past, and if was what relevance did it have.

After all this rumbling i'm gonna stick with it being an unrelated extra until someone else tells me the truth.

Grade: 7

P.S: sorry for all my incoherent babbling. XD

I've read this and at first, I have to say that the drawing is very cute biggrin

Second is the plot. So many flaws, love at first sight, no explanation why Doujima likes him and he used the worst method to get Tanaka trapped none, how can Tanaka, who has a very bad memory from before, get affected easily so like that ?

The most confusing one is the last chapter. Does Doujima really love him or Tanaka just resembles to Yoshino ? I can believe that 10 years knowing Yoshino, Doujima can break up with him so easily because from Tanaka's view, Doujima is very loyal(?).

Well, I can't say that this manga is great unless I delete Yoshino and Doujima's part.

The art is gorgeous.
Really. With that kind of art I don't really care what the plot is like and stuff. Nevertheless, there is plot. It's confusing at times - or perhaps it's the fault of scanlators? - but exceptionally sweet. There is definitely something missing here, as the previous reviewer mentioned, but the story is still good and nice.

Quick Review.

Basically, it's the most generic plot ever in yaoi; guy meets guy, guy had trauma and resists guy, guy falls in love with guy.

I won't say it's boring, though; it's still sweet, and sinfully tasty, even though you know you've had this like, a thousand times. Like homemade chocolate chip cookies. And besides, I think this is the most explicit (scanlated) Moto Haruko work so far, thus it wins extra smut point.

Recommended for all the long-time reader of yaoi wanting to see a new spin of the old thing.

(Also, the categories; "Business Man", really? How many yaoi are going to be there with that only, not counting shoujo and josei?)
