Description
Yashi has wandered with her father for fourteen years, and only now has she discovered that her own mother is actually Bocinia’s current queen. To see her mother, from whom she was separated when she was just an infant, she and her father enter the palace, but she never thought she would accidentally run into the Princess of Bocinia, and then become her bodyguard by mistake...

At first, I read this cause I like the genre but after a few volume I become bored although the political story is good but I can't stand about the romance between yashi and whoever he is.
The worst thing is the ending, even in this site says unfinished, but actually the mangaka has finished it but not in actual manga rather in novel styled in last chapter!

This is a nice incomplete manhua from China. I apparently finished the series, but it's not at all a complete story. The last volume ends on a cliff hanger. I flipped rather quickly through everything just because the political intrigue was interesting. The details of the plotting and counter-plots are simplistic.
It's typical series in that there are a few girls staring at a few guys. The flashbacks are annoying. The characters are so tightly interconnected, it seems too much of a coincidence. And finally it would be really nice if the series was brought to a close.

you may think: Wtf? Who thinks unfinished manhuas are cool?
I do. If they are called "Knight Princess" and don't deserve the name manhua. I was greatly disappointed: The story was good, but it's highly predictable, the characters are average & totally cliché - I mean it, read a few pages and you know what I mean. The dumb girl who doesn't understand what love means, the annoying bodyguard who falls in love with you-know-whom, the princess who is a total crybaby and always wants to play....
I could complain about the characters the whole day, seriously. I can't relate to them in any way. Art is good, actually good to very good. Maybe this and the argument of the plot - you wouldn't think such would exist.... but it's really okay, and I can't complain much about it - led to my rating.
That said, I give it 2 points. It doesn't deserve any more.
So and now I'll stop at volume 3, chapter 12. Sorry, I won't endure this anymore. And since it's unfinished anyway, who cares.
First time I'm happy about noticing the "Unfinished"-sign.
