Out of the blue, a beautiful girl asks Kakeru to run away with her. This could be any boy’s dream come true, but there’s something strange afoot. It turns out that the girl is on the run from a shadowy government organization intent on using her psychic abilities for its own nefarious ends. But why does she need Kakeru’s help? Could it be that he has secret powers, too?

Pyscho Busters is one of my fav manga =3,
I like the Art and Story...I do think there is some Romance in
Psycho Busters (but maybe thats just me ^^) anyway i enjoy

Psycho Busters is a nice manga 
I'm not going review this manga or anything right now, I just want to say...
Isn't Takemaru a mix of Lucy (Elfen Lied, she has kinda psychokinesis powers) and Akito (Air Gear, also has a cold personality and wears exactly the same eyepatch)
Especially at the page where they said that Takemaru was standing in a classroom with dead bodies around him. That's exactly like Lucy in Elfen Lied.
I'm just sayin', you know
it's kinda copycat
