I laughed myself to death reading this! On the mature side, but a super good read for the dirty mind!

Well, this is a typical tough older woman and beautiful younger man story.
If you are into that kind of thing then you might like it; as for me, I usually prefer a girly heroine and a strong and sexy man, but I enjoyed this manga enough.
The humor is funny at times, a bit awkward at others, like how often someone is beat bloody, or the cheerful but cheating ex-husband who is told again and again details of his 18 year old brother and his ex-wife... It has pretty perverted jokes as well (which are mostly rather funny).
I thought the characters were alright but like I said, I don't like a strong woman - weak man pair that much, but what bothers me the most is that there's not much love to be felt there.
The protagonists get together and all, but it just seems really cold and indifferent.
It can get a bit annoying that the woman, who is probably at least 10 years older, often acts way immature.
They fight a lot, there's plenty of yelling and all, so if you enjoy couples like that, it'll probably be a fun read for you.
Be prepared for a lot of comedy, rather shallow characters and no story progress what-so-ever.
PS: I love it when he gets his hair cut - he looks way too young for my taste with long hair!

Very funny manga beside the smutty scenes. It does teach you some lesson about marriage too, TOLERANCE!
smutty, witty and down right funny!!!!

It's pretty much a side story with the base story being about smut.. Didn't emotionally connect and was pretty mediocre... Art was very flat.

I woman has to work with her player ex husband.. While he is trying to get her back again she shuts him down and goes with some clients to a tea ceremony room where she meets this very young sexy guy.. That guy ends up kissing her and sending her off.. The next day it is discovered that the young guy is the younger brother of her ex husband... With that said she ends up in a "fake marriage" contract with that boy who so happens to be in high shool still.. He is mature for his age at the same time she is immature for hers so they match. She takes his virginity.. His first kiss... Everything.. They go through useless and meaningless drama, and by the end they have a useless argument about have marriage and then got married..

This was hilarious, and myself being a huge smut fan, I loved it. XD
The seaweed-sake chapter made me choke a bit on my food. I could not stop laughing. Condensation's opening page for the chapter contributed to that. XD Ahaha.
Yoshihara Yuki ftw!!!

Recommended. As in other works by this mangaka, it shows how smut can give value to a story instead of sinking it.

It's my favourite among Yoshihara-sensei's works. You'll find the funny quirks, the bishilicious-ness, the smut, but the 'serious' aspects are represented more clearly here (compared to other of her works). Some good and strong points are made about what living together and loving truly mean, beyond the society's more or less reasonable clichès. And you gotta love the plumpy cat ;) and those Author's side talks ^^.
Frankly, whoever gave this very low marks has been unfair. If you can't stand some explicit scenes, fine, but among the smut genre, there's much, much, MUCH worse ( bad art, inconsistent characters, general shallow-ness) than this. Most of Yoshihara's works give the readers a warm feeling (and I'm not referring to the sexy scenes) and a chance to smile - or ROFL - ; sometimes they'll even make you think (what a shock ;) )
