Description
Sana Kurata, a child actress, faces many problems in her classroom, including a major one - her bullying classmate, Akito Hayama. Sana's outgoing and friendly nature leads her to work towards correcting all of the problems around her. Her 'meddling' irritates Hayama but at the same time captivates him, just as Hayama's gloomy nature irritates Sana and compels her to change him. As these two opposites attract each other, they face many hardships which bring them closer to a mutual understanding.

OMG!This manga is so funny >< it made me laugh out loud so many times. but it has never made me cry == this has quite a lightbeat not a too serious one. i wouldn't recommend this if u want a story with real down to earth troubles. but it is really funny ^^
Well, sort of (about the slice of life thing). What I mean to say is that even though it's comedy and shoujo there's still sub-plots about mothers and suicide and child abandonment or whatever issues... like, it's not one of those stupid silly shoujos that goes around in circles with no DEPTH, you know? That's why I love Kodocha. I always love to re-read it even though I finished it years ago. It'll make you laugh (a lot) and cry. The characters are memorable and the fluff scenes make you swoon. Literally. Not to be missed. =D
You know how there are those really annoying endings that just make you so mad or that just don't satisfy you? The ones where you feel like it isn't at all finished or like it wasn't strong enough?
Yeah, well, this wasn't one of them. I love the ending, a bit fast paced but it was good. No loose ends, weak statements. It was exactly what an ending should be: hope for tomorrow and happiness for today.
I may be wrong though. But I absolutely adored this manga. And I am now going to go and recommend it to all my friends, threaten them if I must. Haha.

Even though it's more of comedy i think that it is definitely a good read for romance too it really has a lot of emotion, and when you read the sad part your heart will ache....(the drawing was really nice too except for the begining XD)

Hmm.. I love the depth Obana-sensei went into when she created this manga. At first it was a cute, and ridiculously funny tidbit, but it grew to be much more, that really made me want to glomp onto the series and never let it go.
i LOVED this manga even though im already in high school i still like 2 go over the manga a couple of imes especially the ending <3
I am not a kid between 8 - 11 any more (what a pity! 
hahaha, must have lost so much fun back in my childhood :lol: ) but I really enjoyed reading this manga. maybe it doesnt look like but it is pretty serious and deep story in some parts and it has been drawn very well too. however if you don't like Shoujo stuff, you wont enjoy this story that much since the romance factor plays a very important part in it.

It's not like the manga's bad.... just a little boring and uninteresting...
(^,^) er...or maybe it is kinda bad....iono.
The little heroine's a goody-two-shoe... all smiley and nice and helping people become happy and bright... So yeah... no character depth.
I give this 5/10 because perhaps it would have been an enjoyable read... if I was 6-7 years younger and still wearing rose-colored glasses...

i loved it very much. i wanted to see how they willl mature later on n_n but it was great. comedy with a touching story =]
