The art is good. The storyline is interesting and the characters are likable. However, sometimes it all felt a bit flat and half-hearted to me. And the whole deal with the fairy- it seemed like he was the one who set things in motion, but after that, it felt like the mangaka was going "ah, so where should I go with this fairy character?".
Very good

I agree that the manga is probably slightly better than the anime however in the anime you can hear the pieces which is good. The manga does introduce the reader to classical music from a newbie's perspective which is good however actually being able to hear the pieces (such as Pachbel's Canon) makes the anime an enjoyable experience too.
A good romance where for one of the first times in shoujo (for me) I genuinely cannot tell who she will end up with. The relationships develop and all the characters are different. Very good read.
10/10
((Gaaaah! Who does she end up with?!?))

being a violinist/trumpeter/pianist/flautist/sometimes cellist, this is THE perfect manga for me. the art andl storyline in the beginning were a bit iffy, but it got better, and now i can't wait for the next volume to be released!

The manga is really good. It first starts off slow, introducing the characters systematically and then later in the series, it gets better and better as the female lead meets up with guys that eventually falls in love with her. It's cute seeing how that happens, as it's more in pace with real-life, rather than other shoujo mangas which have the guys falling for the girls almost immediately (too fast).
Another bonus for this manga is the classical music -centered plot. The female lead doesn't know any real music for the first start, so she kind of relates with most (or some) or the female readers here, giving them space to fantasize, etc.
It's really good, reading this manga as the artwork is clean and there aren't too many speeches. Mostly the plot centres on the female lead's dilemma to do well in music, facing a few obstacles on the way.
Personally, the anime does the manga no justice. So if it's possible, read the manga before watching the anime. Or.. if you've read the manga, then don't watch the anime. However, if you're not planning to read the manga, I guess it's not too bad to try and watch the anime. But let me warn you, it would not be as smashing as the manga!

I really love this manga, aminly because of the bishies and the music. I adore it and I think the anime is quite good too, especially since you get t hear the songs. XD And I play instruments too (piano and flute) so I was so happy... ;3

Well, from what I've read so far, it's good. It's mostly like the same kind of shoujo manga. The art is well done, and for the anime, I really loved the music. I recommend this to anyone who's interested in music.

At first when I watched the anime, I thought it was nice. Pretty boys and fantastic music, but the the story left me wanting more. I had my hopes that the manga 's plot had more development than the anime, but yet its pretty much the same. The manga lacks the music and fun the anime had, and neither had a good enough plot to make this seem amazing. Just a nice little shoujo story.

I love this manga if for nothing more than it focuses on classical music, most of it western. I used to play the viola (basically a deeper version of the violin) and it is nearly impossible to find books set in the modern world that have the hero/ine playing Beethoven instead of Pink, Queen, or Korn. I also like the plot, and that most of the characters are deeper than they appear. It's an easy read, and addictive (I'm going crazy because I went to four different stores and none of them had volume 5 in English. Gah, it's frustrating!!!). Anyone can read it. I recommend it highly.

Amazing!!! The royal feeling of classy music, and the cute side romance is really the kind of manga i love. xD It's become one of my favourites... but comparing the anime to the manga to the game, I'd have to say that I like the game best... xD
Still, this is awsome xD Fantastic! Fabulous! Extravagent! Now, i'm running out of things to call it xD
