This series can be very funny and touching. Some people might have a problem with the basis of God capturing girls as if their objects, but every "capture" is touching in a way and the girls are very complex compared to other harem series. This manga is very funny and enjoyable if your into comedy or harem, not to mention the devil girl is insanely cute.

It's exacly how I like a manga:
The story is light-hearted with comedy, romance and light challenges.
The main character takes some time to get used to, but now I like his strange attitude to reality really much.
And the girls are not only cute, they are also presented with emotional deeps, which you don't see in most mangas.

To make it short: I love this manga.

I'lll hope he gets all flags for his RL-harem-ending!

This manga is win.....
-The main character does not care about girls
-The main character is mysteriously powerful
-The main character does not kick ass
-The main character kicks ass
-The female main character acts funny

When I first saw a chapter of TWGOK, I clicked on it as a joke. But after reading, I was engrossed. The characters are unique, and the storyline interesting and humerous. The art is beautiful, and the way the characters interact with each other is brilliant.

Definitely a 10/10 from me.

It was one of the best mangas I have ever read everything was pretty good but the last arc was pretty rushed in my opinion and the ending just destroyed the whole thing for me.The one character I didn't want him to end up with and that's what happened but still it's a great read.I loved the manga so much that when the ending happened I died a bit but it's still worth a read.It would have been a 10 if I didnt dislike the ending.

No contest actually, this series has beaten my most favorite romantic comedy manga before I read TWGOK : Love Hina .

By the way: If you already watched the anime, but have yet to read the manga. Seriously, read this manga. The manga completely blew the anime version of TWGOK out of the water.
I read the manga first before I watched the anime, so I know how the anime can't capture the "feel" when you read the manga, and there are so much detailed explanation that has been missing from anime scene which you can only find in manga, and also they cut so much scene from manga, so in sort, please read the manga.

I need to remind you that I probably have read countless romantic comedy manga, but there's none of them that actually have something that only TWGOK had:
1. Anti social main character, and genius at the same time.
2. Explaining things in detailed manner on how the girls brain and hearts really work together. It's like dissecting rat on your biology lab for scientific purpose. Thats how the general feel you get when you read this. So there's a logic behind every conversation, not just mindless numbing conversation about the girls emotions, but also with the purpose behind it and what domino effect will it have to your goal.
3. If you are a fan of tokimeki memorial , or similar genre that has a girls dialog to capture her in video games, this is a must read manga for you.
4. I'm a hardcore Gundam UC fans, and if you are like me, you will also probably like this because it's very obvious the mangaka liked Gundam UC too because there are so many insider "the first Gundam" joke on this manga, and I find it hillarious.

once i read this manga i can't stop reading it.i curious what is gonna happen next.i read,i read day after day.and i realize that the chapter was out,and damn i can't stop waiting....i really like this kind of manga especially when the main character was a Sim-dating gamer such as my self but i can't finish 4 games at a time,and i don't have god mode....this manga is the best off all i read before...

I picked this series up 3 days ago and between working a full time job and little rest, I've managed to finally catch up and begin the anime! (it really is that good) This series is powerfully addicting if you enjoy romance, a strong protagonist, lots of girls, and storyline that constantly moves forward. Keima Katsuragi is a cold-hearted tactical dating-genius. He can "see the ending" to a kiss but when it comes to understanding feelings - he really sucks. He easily gets caught up in the moment and before realizing it, he doesn't know how to handle love. Reading this series really brings back memories.. start reading this now if you've ever fallen in love, or haven't because you just might learn a thing or two. [currently ch. 167]

I love it. It's one of my absolute favourites. The story is well-thought, and although it has its bad points(none is perfect), it kept me entertained. also, those fucking cliff-hangers... whoa, this manga may well contain the worst cliff-hangers I've seen. well, anyway, I love it, but looking at the comments It seems, you either love it, adore it, hate it or find it boring. so, it's totally worth the try =)

The anime is a bit crappy with what I call "filler". SSN 1: watch episodes: 1-3, 5-7, 9-11. SSN 2: watch 1,2, 5-7, 8.5-11. OVA: 2-3 (Tenri Arc), and all of SSN 3. The other episodes not mentioned are filler and don't have anything to do with the overall story and unfortunately focus on his love for 2D girls. Unfortunately, some of the most important heroines are not introduced until season 3, the GODDESS arc. Their character arcs are important and need to be told. You'll have to read the manga to learn about the others.
