Yup, like many other users just said, it's a very unrealistic. But the humor and art are so good that this is one of my favorite mangas xD it didnt got full score because it doesnt have a good enough story + its too much sexual harassment o_O but if you want to read something you can enjoy by laughing, then this is something for you

I know none of this is realistic at all, but it's just funny to see how the tables are turned in that the men are at risk for being attacked sexually. The female lead is interesting. She's not your whiny, I want a boyfriend type! She's kind hearted but she can also be scary (violent) despite her so called plain looks. The male lead has an interesting past that I'd like to know more about. He's not your typical prince charming either.

I'm not sure why I continued reading this after I hated half of the stuff in the first volumes. The premise is ridiculous. I don't like the portrayal of the general female population. The sexual dominance and rape stuff is ridiculously over the top. I liked the main female, I didn't like the main male, but several of the side character caught my eye and I got attached enough to these enough to continue, particular as they become more prominent. After a while I actually started to appreciate the humour. The story doesn't really get easy going and seem kinda normal until past volume 5. Which is a long wait. Not recommended to those with a gentle stomach. If you like lots of evil character, bullying and weak men, well, then you're in for a treat.

First thing first, if you're going to consider reading this manga throw out all pre-existing concepts of reality, logic, and laws. The only remotely normal character in this manga is the female lead, and even she's a bit whacky. Her logic is a bit hard to follow and her personality takes huge swings, she's always doing things counter to her personality but the mangaka tries to make it seem normal.

All the males are very flat and the side female characters are even worse, nothing more than fodder and place filler.

The school itself is just nuts. Apparently this is some super-riche school for the sons and (mainly) daughters of influential rich people. The girls are apparently kept under strict leash by their parents and as a consequence are stupidly sexually frustrated and no one has a shred of embarrassment about randomly screwing some hot guy. The teachers seem mentally handicapped (even though you'd think they should be high end considering what the tuition must be like) and none seem to care in the least that gang-rape, abuse, and random slutty behavior is happening left right and center. You'd think the parents of these rich kids would have some sort of background check done, not to mention someone (like the guys who are really freaked out) would call the cops on all the illegal activities.

But no, you get a highschool run rampant by horny teenage girls and no one seems to care (or even teach for that matter) and it turns into some sort of freaky host club where the male is the one paying.

True I couldn't even make it past the first chapter, but I still think this review is valid.

I normally have better sticking power in case the manga improves but this was too vile.

The premise is that in a newly co-ed school with a still predominantly female student population, the male students are sexually harassed and assaulted and that's ok. With the entire institution. And these are the sons of rich families.

Plot holes ahoy in this pathetic manga.
Superficial treatment of premeditated pack rape.
Superficial, shallow as a puddle characterisation.
Not very good art.

I began reading this on the basis of it's popularity. I wish I hadn't.

seriously, thats some sick school! There's only like, a few normal ones in there. the girls are NUTS! OMG!
At leat the female lead is sort of.. normal. I dont like the male lead much.. I like the other one better(Akamaru >_<)
Its all about sex sex sex with those other girls in the school. like WHOAH! haha
It an interesting manga if you can just get past the whole crazy-girls-mob thing.

Not everyone will like it though.

even though this manga may seem to "be just like every other shojos", i have to say that it was a good one. many readers like different things. just because of comments that say you wouldn't like a manga, dont let it stop you from reading it.


anyway, i loved it! can't wait for more chapters. also can't believe after hunting for a good manga for such a long time found one today. "thank-you" to the translators!

So a school with tons of sexual frustrated girls and a handful of guys.
Depending on the mood of the mangaka this could be heaven for lecherous guys but she reversed it - it's hell.
If the guy doesn't chose one of 3 weird options then he'll be harassed by girls every day. Why those three options actually keep them away doesn't make sense... what a real girl from J-High is wouldn't stop for such meaningless reasons... but this manga has nothing to do with much sense anyway.
This manga is beyond any common sense in every aspect (and actually I mean it more negative than positive). The funny thing: that's the only thing that makes it amusing. Unless you can't handle such inexplicable actions, behavior and events. Then don't touch this one.
However on the romantic side it is still a normal shoujo story with all its typical dramas, love triangles, weird mobbing girls and sweet moments.

It's too ridiculous for my taste... or let me say I've other mangas on my wish list I'd rather read before I continue with this.
But I can give you the advice to try it out and see for yourself whether that topic finds your approval or not.

edit: There exists a manga named Gakuran Ouji with a pair that does have similar looks with this one :S

I've yet to see how this series unravels. Unlike another light-hearted manga I haven't finished yet, I can't give it a 10 just yet. The art is brilliant and the humour is good too. I hope it steers away from cliched frameworks-and if it does... I hope it should at least be done well.

But all in all, one of the few mangas whose latest releases I eagerly anticipate for.

Notice a lot of comment commenting on the rape, with out mentioning the fact that it is Girl on guy.

And I notice a lot of comments on how could that even happen, is this place even really. Well of COURSE the school isn't real, and the group element is kinda crazy. However such things do happen, and it's jsut as serious as male on female rape. Not to get preachy or anything, but before you find this manga Funny, look into the statistics of Female sexual abuse. It's sad. You can find the antics funny, but the author MAY also be trying to prove a point. After all the Main Character, for all he is goofy, is also very screwed up. If you just can't see that then either you haven't read far enough, or your just a blind idiot. 8D
