Description
A 26-year-old salaryman, Matsumaru Fumihiko, asked Miss Tanaka from his work to watch a movie with him, but she didn't show up at the movie theater. As he is about to throw away the ticket, a 20-year-old, rookie voice actress named Onda Aka asked for the ticket. The two of them end up watching the movie together.
On their way home they notice that they live near each other. That night, Aka's apartment burns down and Matsumaru offers his help. She ends up living with him, but they have to keep it a secret to keep their jobs. What will happen to this relationship that is more than friends but... More...

i may change this if the story goes on... but as you read on it starts to make an impression that its good decent romance.. than it hits you in the face.

it is the best manga i habe ever read. i hope the author produce faster rather than one volume per year!!!
When I first saw the anime I thought "Kawaii".. after that, the manga only added more "iii", haha.. Though I was surprised by the difference between the anime and the manga too...
The REC manga and anime are supprisingly diferent... The manga is not as excessivly bright and cheery as the anime which is a nice thing. The manga also goes into way more detail, the REC anime quickly touched upon various points of the first volume distorting the characters to fit its short run, leaving little room for the characters depth. this is partly due to the anime's format, half sized episodes sadly limit what is possible. If you have only seen the anime, you are seriously missing out on the true and quite amazing story, not to mention the ecchiness unseen on TV.

A 10-year-old could write a better story... But then it'd be boring.
