From Viz: Kaya Satozuka is a brilliant secretary who excels at her job, which is why she doesn’t bat an eye when she’s assigned to be personal secretary to Kyohei Touma, the very difficult managing director of Touma Foods. It doesn’t faze her when her new boss seems determined to make her fail, and she even manages to take it in stride when she discovers the secret behind his prickly behavior…he’s a vampire! But while Kaya easily adapts to late nights and keeping a schedule of his “dinner dates,” will her ultra-competence help when Kyohei’s smoldering gaze starts turning her way?!

Where has she gone?
At first the story grabs you, about a strong girl, and a vampire. Sadly the girl goes down hill, going from Strong and sticking to her convictions, to the guy's "Puppet". The other thing is that the Girl does too much thinking, What do I mean? she says something, than thinks again, then re-tells what she said, she should just say what she wants and stop. We got it the first time, too many times makes it boring... The thing I liked was how she was strong, and the plot was cute. Lately it looks repetated, maybe the author is at a rut? Hope it gets better...
Oh, the style is the reason why I'd read that one even if the story weren't so deliciously mature and wicked. But, combined with the wickedness and the vampires and the interesting, strong characters and the twists and turns... There's no way I could stop reading MS!
getting quite boring...
Sounded promising at the begining of the series, though as the story progessess, it lost its uniqueness. Story started out with a strong main character, but now she's just any other typical shoujo heroin. It's getting quite repetitive.
Read up til the end of v03, and will not finish it since it seems like it would be a waste of my time.
Just another boring, run of the mill manga. Not only does this have a dull romance story (with the man being oooh so mysterious and dominant...) but he's also a vampire! Yes that spices up the story! Except not, it just makes it a boring run of the mill romance/vampire/girl-falling-in-love-with-man-she-doesn't-even-know-and-mistrea ts-her-manga that fangirls just eat up.
Agree with Synthoxide
I could accept the fact that a capable secretary can still be lost in love. But a woman in love thought that a secretary had to do her very best (ie. provide/schedule her lover THAT) is insane. I lost my interest after it's becoming a typical shoujo manga.

I'm Beginning To Get Scared...
It's a pretty amazing manga, but the potential it has is starting to get sloppy and go down. Kaya... she started out really strong, and still kind of is, but she's becoming a 'I only think about him' character. I hope this doesn't turn out to be another typical shoujo, especially when it started out so well, with so much potential.
Aside from that, it's a really good read, the plots not too typical, and I do love it, it's an amazing manga, it's just that I always get caught up in the little things, so I seem to magnify them until I dislike them. I think that's my personality, so I hope what I just said won't be a bother to anyone. ^.^ And who knows, maybe this is just a momentary arc that will pass. Then I can edit this and say it's pretty flawless. But I just can't see myself doing that yet...
We'll see if I change my rating and if it gets better at the end. I can't see myself dropping this as a read, but if this goes on, I might become a 'I'll read it later' person.

I agree with what you're saying about Kaya. She's not ditzy. I hate shoujo with ditzy main characters. Oh, Kyouhei... I would so have his manga babies.
I really like it. The main characters are so opposite but yet they are still very... very attracted to one another haha. It's really cute, especially when the director tries show he doesn't like her but he lets it slip once in a while.
kaya... talks a lottttt. AND SHE LIKES REPEATING THINGS SO MUCH. That's my pet peeve, but the good thing is, she isn't a hated character like typical shoujos. As for the dude (can't remember his name), he's SO HOT.... but he's so... annoyinggggg.
Smutty Vampire Story
First off: If you don't like smutty vampire stories, don't even touch that manga. Otherwise it's really great... it also shows perfectly what love can do to someone normally down to earth >.<
Well, some vampire cliches, great art, great plot, overally I'm not that strict in rating... so it gets a...
