Description
This is a story about two friends, from nearly the beginning to almost the end of their lives, who happen to love each other.
Tatsuya and Junichi are in 5th grade and their music teacher is a pedophile. One day the music teacher has a request for Yumi, a girl who uses him to get expensive gifts. He wants her to get Tatsuya into the music room so he can be with him. Junichi recently confessed his feelings for Yumi and she decides to use him as bait to get Tatsuya to go to the music room. Junichi and Tatsuya's future does not look good...

This is a story full of emotions, which drag the reader into the story so much that you might find yourself yelling out loud at the characters, despite the fact that they can't hear you^^ (and that, on the side note, you're in a library^^). A definite must read to whoever wish to read a yaoiish shonen-ai WITH a plot.
When I thought of what I wanted to write, I felt like I'd be repeating all the other reviews but I don't feel like I should convince readers to turn away from this manga because of the artwork or the weird shota situation in the first chapter. Reading is personal taste and if it's not your cup of tea that's fine. The story shouldn't even be classified as 'yaoi' but rather a slice of life / romance where the characters just happen to be gay men. The volumes span through time and really give a more complete story of their love unlike a lot of yaoi stories where it's only a glimpse into the beginning or failure of a relationship.
DON'T JUDGE BY THE ART! Cause then you're just ignorant. The story is really touching! Its not cliche at all and could even make you cry. So please read this manga =]
hix, I'm touched. this manga is so close to the real life. You can't appreciate this work by its drawings. that's stupid if you don't like this manga.
This is one series that shouldn't be missed. I really put off reading this coz the art seems old initially and I didn't really fancy shotacon. But I finally got myself to read it and i was pleasantly surprised that it's really good! Finished all the scanlations from v1 c1 till v4 c2 in a single sitting.. it's THAT good... the story's touching, poignant, and it talks about hurt, pain, sorrow, healing, love and joy... so much... it's a must read... don't be put off by the initial poor art.. it really gets better...
First of all I dont really read shotacon. But a friend gave me advise to try this manga, because in 3 volumes there are only 2 scenes with shotacon. The first scene is really short and the second is a sidestory you can ignore.
The art in the first volume is let us say "old" and not what I like but until volume three the art gets really much(!) better.
But the most important point is that you should read this manga, if you want to enjoy a romance with ups and down. a story where you will cry, laugh, hate, love, enjoy and get depressed. You will see a romance growing and deepen with every chapter.
