That's kind of hard to say for the following reasons:
1 depends on my mood
2 most of the animes that caught my attention i've have mostly watch at least twice
3 some are so short that it might be counter productive to watch many times in a short amount of time
Both 4 series that i've watched more than 3 times and can name at the moment are
Heroic Age, D.gray man, samurai X, crest of the stars saga
p.s.
One piece is also one of them but because it can be so addictive the fact that it has so many eps is keeping me from watching it more than twice as of yet maybe in a couple of years when it's (nearly) done i'd watch them all again

I second this! That and Samurai Champloo. But more than those two, I've watched FLCL sooo many times that I've practically memorized it. Sure, it helps that it's only 6 episodes, but it's my favourite anime of all time xD

Baccano! all the way. Another one that I would watch is Gurren-Lagann. Occasionally I'll decide to watch a Kara no Kyoukai movie again. Loooove Type-Moon<3.

Baccano! Haha, so much Baccano love~
I would rewatch Code Geass if the tragedies didn't pain my heart so much. T^T So other than Baccano, none in particular.

I think Hikaru no Go is the only anime I watched more than once. There are a lot of manga series that I can read over and over though.
