I guess that means that whoever faces Madara after this fight (Cause it doesn't really seem like Konan will be of any use to the plot after this) will either have to be super fast (Like Minato and now Naruto), or will have to use a barrier jutsu and then go in for the kill quickly after that.

Also, I say that Madara claiming that he gave the Rinnengan to Nagato is bullshit. He's gotta be lying.

I said it last week and I'll say it again, "We all underestimated Konan." She's awesome, And hopefully (Because at this point it's certain) Her death is as cool as Kisame's. She's got my vote as best Naruto Kunoichi to kick some Serious A$$, I mean seriously.

And Yeah I did notice it was mislabeled, Although I instantly clicked the top one in my excitement, I'm glad I was right even the though the section was wrong.

i never underestimated konan.. i mean come on guys.. there has got to be a reason why she's always the one protecting nagato and yahiko EVEN THOUGHT HER DEATH IS INEVITABLE i strongly wish that she'll somehow survive and lead the rain village to peace.

Wow. Kishimoto allowed her to hit Madara. And it seems like she hit him the hardest out of anyone in the manga. I personally enjoyed the chapter

Nice to see Konan putting up a good fight.
She made a pretty darn good hit there, although had Madara not been so cocky about letting her attack as freely as she did, it might not have been as successful...perhaps.

C'mon Konan!!! Kill the jerk!!! It'd be so awesome if she forces him to flee or, even better, kill him. She really surprised me.

Madara, Tobi, 4th Mizukage, Obito, Shisui, or whatever the heck you want to call him just keeps getting more and more mysterious. How did he give Nagato the rinnegan? He needs to die soon so we can figure all this crap out.

Sadly I don't think Madara will die. If he did it would screw up the story since he is the big bad guy and I think there are still too many things he needs to do before he can be killed off. I just hope Konan can somehow manage to survive this and lead her village.
As for him saying he gave Nagato the Rinnegan, I think/hope that he was lying to throw her off. It gets kind of annoying when everything comes back to one bad guy. On the other hand if Madara was somehow responsible then maybe that would help explain why it crippled Nagato, maybe he wasn’t compatible enough.

really hope she doesn't die, but i think the reason why she was able tofight so effectivel;y isn't because of the enclosed area - i think mandara needs her alive so he is purposely getting hurt by her - i think so far our of all the characters who've damaged mandara...

Itachi is the only one whose post mortum attack reveals mandara is hiding more then the attacks he's shown, otherwise amaterazu would've burnt him completely

I agree with you on that man, if that were the case then it would feel like Jiraya's fateful meeting of the three kids was planned out..... And we all have been through this type of villain before on another series, and look how well that's going.

Naruto is the light omg please no cliche overload...good chapter apart from those types of words..I liked the flashback sort of and hopefully Madara won't be able to get the rinnegan.
