(yes i do consider martial arts sports)
Want: *= necessary
Comedy* - not so much that it becomes a gag manga
Light Romance - as a subplot
Likeable Characters
Plot*
Sports* - prefer Tennis, Boxing, Swimming and Basketball
Complete/Being Scanlated* - either complete or actively scanlated, (no point reading a manga you cant finish)

Had you ever tried Slam Dunk?, it's kind of old by now, but it's an amazing manga nevertheless, i you hadn't you should.
I can't remember anything else right now, but i'm sure i missing quite a lot, so i will try to post more latter.

Ok, I just took a short look at your lists, but couldn't find ...
* Chihayafuru - Story about a competitive version of a traditional Japanese card game and quite a catchy story so far, that's also non-stereotyped.
* Bushidou Sixteen - It's focusing on the friendship between two female competitors of Kendō, so although there won't be romance it might be worth a look?
* Taiyou wa Kimi ni Kagayaku - A Shoujo, about a girl without any goals and a baseball team trying to reach Koushien.
* Kimi wa Kirakira - Another Shoujo, somewhat similar to the other one, including a football player.
* Karate Shoukoushi Kohinata Minoru - As you can guess, the main focus lies on martial arts.

RRR - boxing. quite funny and lighthearted.
Holyland - general martial art (street fight). super cool. can be moody and light on comedy, but the fighting is great.
Nononono - ski jumping. theres gender bender, but its very good! the ski jumping part make your heart beat very fast. from the creator of elfen leid, so it have 'crazy characters' but not very extreme.
My Heart Is Beating - water polo. another gender bender, but just try it, very heartwarming.
Hikaru no Go - go. no romance, but hes just a small child, so not surprising. the artist is very skilled in making go riveting.
One Outs - baseball. the protagonist can be cold, but he is super cool, and the playing use more brain than brawn.
Subaru - dancing (ballet). quite full of drama, but the dance is nice.
Kenji - kung fu. can be dry, but quite interesting.
Kokou no Hito - mountain climbing. super emo, but very beautiful art, and it is certainly different.
Ping Pong - ping pong. quite....intense.
ongoing
Teppuu - mixed martial art. interesting protagonist.
All Rounder Meguru - mixed martial art. realistic.
they are certainly not what you really looking for, but when you are bored with the usual sport manga fare, try these. you will not be disappointed.

thanks, I've added them all to my lists except Kimi wa Kirakira and Taiyou wa Kimi ni Kagayaku since i cant stand shoujo's style
Hajime no Ippo is the most tapeworm series I've ever seen but ill still check it out
i started reading Nononono a long time ago but forgot what chapter i was on (was after she moved into the other girls house that much i know)

Might be because of all the Baseball, i don't really get the sport, but i like the character development and his sense of Humour so i like them, if you are going to read one anyway, try Touch, it's quite surprising.
edit: i didn't meant "get" as in understanding it, i meant it as in "i don't see what's the point", i don't like it either.
