What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

@tsuto, the first one looks really good, but the second 2 seem a little odd. Are they really good (good enough to overlook the kinda clicheness of the first one and the seeming oddity of the second)?

I'm Doushiro is good, it's a comedy manga.
Nabari no Ou is kind of odd as you say, but is a nice shinobi manga

Seems to be shounen ai but it isn't really, it only lacks females...

2x2=Shinobuden is a good anime with 12 episodes. (warning: dont watch if you want a anime with skilled ninjas =P)
There is alson a manga but only 1 volume is scanlated.

Kaze Hikaru in a way, it's Kenshin for girls XD. Entertaining, with some (misleading ;) ) shonen-ai hints in the beginning , some gender-bending. It picks up after the first couple of volumes if I remember correctly.
And I second Blade of the Immortal eyes
