I've seen a lot of people want her to end with up Hikaru, and I understand why.
But personally, my vote is on Tamaki.
The boy is just so funny and you can clearly see that he cares very much about Haruhi, more than the others.

I agree with Tamaki.
If this series is the like typical shoujo manga, then you can see that the girl usually ends up with the leading guy.
Although, at the part of the series I'm at, Its up in the air right now. It could go either way, Tamaki or Hikaru.
My preference is with Tamaki xD

I can see why people like the HikariXHaruhi pairing, but i've always liked Tamaki better; character and all.

Also its starting to look like the story is heading that way...but who knows, maybe a plot twist?

Personally I don't want her to end up with anyone. I just want the series to go on being pure. There are enough romance series out there for people. But I know that's not going to happen. All series must come to an end and what is an end without a pairing unless someone dies which is not going to happen to a light-hearted series like Host Club.

Poor Haruhi, the mangaka is making her fall for one of the boys. Haruhi can't stay indifference and innocent and unaware anymore. Nooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My heart is broken...Maybe that's why I have decided to stop reading around volume 9, especially when I'm starting to see the mangaka making Haruhi blushes/flushes more and more. When at the beginning she just has a calm face on at various situations. I have learn to stop reading series at certain points before it spirals into romantic complications I hate to read about. Romantic angst, I spit at you. I am thankful that the innocent playfulness lasts several volumes before the romance has to set in eventually.

I understand what you're saying but right now the story doesn't really have a plot.
Having a little romance in it may add some plot to it.
If not, the series may go on forever.
I mean, unless she ends up with someone, I really don't see how the series is going to end. It could end right now, but I don't think it's going to be a very good ending.

I mean I'd think it's rather obvious that she'd end up with Tamaki (he's the blond one right?).

That's why I lament but I also understand why there has to be romance. Majority of people always seek romance in stories they read. Romance is what gives more drama, angst and more plots. Even the mangaka states in one of the volumes that she initially planned to have the romance in a lot more earlier. I'm too lazy to go into my bedroom and look to see which volume she made that comment.

As for me, I'm happy if it goes on forever if it was the way it was before volume 6 or 7 or even ended back there, not the way it is now. I'm probably one of the few anti-romance Host Club Fan out there.

I have always preferred the Hikaru pairing if they would dare to break the norm but actually I would most prefer her to end up with no one at all...

Wow! So, I'm not the only one who realized that they had no plot at this story? If the mangaka left the story like that, it would go on forever and the readers would drop reading it because they realized that there's nothing more to the series than a lot of cute playful bishies and..................... nothing else.



Sorry, Akillarian, I totally disagree with you! Maybe I'm part of the majority... but if the story keep going at that pace, I'd be the first reader to drop it. It was starting to get boring...
I thought that some characters that are dense as Tamaki and Haruhi deserved a better development, and the magaka was lacking it...but she is taking care of it right now, so I can't complain about it anymore.
Some readers are satisfied just to read funny stories about funny cute guys doing funny things and having fun all the time with their funny friend................ Did u get it?!? It's tiresome! lololol
I rather prefer read a comic story with a good plot that keeps you captivated from the beginning to the end!

Haruhi is meant to be with Tamaki, and this couple has a lot of potential! If they stick together like this, they can learn a lot with each other and grow stronger!

I've realized how deep Tamaki's feelings for Haruhi is.
At first, I thought Tamaki was a bit....dense. >.>
Obviously he isn't, and I'M SO GLAD!
I think that they are meant for each other, and like Haruhi said,
HikaruxHaruhi doesn't work well because I think as a reader, Kaoru would be unintentionally left out, and the cut from a twin's bond would be immensely harsh to cope with in such short amount of time.
I think Kaoru realizes that Haruhi belongs with Tamaki, too. Hikaru also knows it, apparently. But the main reason I think
