What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

Mostly Skyrim and BF3. At the time of this post, the Steam Summer Sale is going on, so many other games will take small chunks of my time like Trine 2, Left4Dead2, and Bastion.
