And yeah, he's from a video game, but I just have to mention Hazama from BlazBlue. He's such a troll. A lovable troll.

I also like Road and jasdebi. Although they're evil, their family dinners are hilarious

Also Friend from 20th Century Boys...Urasawa Naoki is good when it comes to creating villains lol. But my most favorite villain (although not in manga) is Darth Vader lol...walking into the room with the Imperial March playing in the background.
