I don't have a best shounen list (surprising?). I guess I've read many, including some very old ones (most dated back up to only the 1980's though) and those I like are all equally good in their own ways.

for me its a hard split between Dragon Ball and Death Note.
I think I enjoyed Death Note alot better, but Dragon Ball will always be considered one of the greatest.
but in the end I'll probably go with Death Note
