All the Strong female tags that are "messed up" are do to users messing them up.
Also, what some think of as strong female characters aren't. Here's just a general idea of how to determine the strength of a character. I'm more likely to just get arid of the category altogether and start from scratch... if allow it at all.

That's usally the case, but looking at the usage count (Physically Strong Female: ~1025, Strong Female Lead: 1) it looks like Strong Female Lead was mass renamed to Physically Strong Female, which only staff should be able to do... Quote from Toto

I'm mostly thinking about which categories should exist and which shouldn't, how to organize them, wording, etc... I'm leaving interpretation of the term (which series should go under the category) mainly to users and voting.Quote from Toto

But I think the emotionally and physically weak/strong male/feamle lead tags are useful. I do however dislike the unspecified Strong Female Lead etc., because they are vague (what kind of strength?), and ideally I'd like them to be split into the more specific subcategories (emtionally/mentally or physically) and as a result disappear.________________

I'd like to suggest that 'diapers' become a tag. There is an ageplay tag but diapers don't always go hand in hand with it in manga.

'Quiet Male Lead' should be merged with 'Silent Protagonist'.There are hardly 3-4 series in Quiet Male Lead Category while Silent one have many.

Hm... no, I don't think that tag would apply to very many series and so wouldn't be very useful. Well, that's my opinion, anyway.Quote from strixflash

I don't know about that... I thought Silent Protagonist was for series where the protagonist literally does not say a single word (for example Link in the Zelda games, he never speaks), whereas Quiet Male Lead would be where the main character may talk but generally has a quiet demeanor.________________

True, it is quite a rarity is manga. However, there is a large amount of age play and diaper fans out there, and with that kind of ratio any scene in a manga is a blessing. It's not always a sexual thing either, it can be just cute. Plus, it would be helpful to those who are not fans, so it would something they could avoid. Sweet Life, Please!! has age play and diaper content in it. I've come across others on here but that is the most recent one I read. Oh and there is actually no age play tag either. My mistake.
And do you think there could also be a tag for ugly men (don't know how to politely put it)? I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all, but I'm talking about these kind of ugly men http://img402.imageshack.us/img402/2041/14353608.jpg . If not, would it be okay to tag manga with men like that simply 'old man'?

The categories Male Harem and Reverse Harem are the same thing. Reverse Harem is the established term, particularly when talking about anime, manga and otome games, but male harem might be clearer in meaning and it has a lot more examples; perhaps someone created the Male Harem tag and changed all the old Reverse Harem examples to Male Harem, because I only remember seeing Reverse Harem before now. Whatever the case, one of them should be deleted. I prefer Reverse Harem myself, since it's the main term used elsewhere in the anime/manga/gaming community to identify the sub-genre. Occasionally I've thought that Reverse Harem ought to be a genre, but the tagging system works fine functionally too, and I'm not sure there are enough reverse harem series to justify making it a genre anyway.
I notice also that a Female Harem tag has popped up; it must be recent because it only has two examples. Female Harem is tautological; harem by definition indicates its members are female, and on the site that's always been the assumption when harem is used as a genre on a series, unless it is qualified by a reverse harem tag. I suppose the creator made it in order to parallel the reverse harem tag and differentiate between the two when the harem genre is used as a catch-all genre for both types, but I don't think the Female Harem tag is necessary. We've done without it until now anyway.

to RocketDive: An age play tag seems like it should be all right (in my opinion), go ahead and add it where it applies. I'm still not convinced about a tag for diapers, though.
to holy'bell: Harem is a genre, so I've deleted that category (not Reverse Harem, though, that one's still there).

I know what you mean... characters that are purposefully drawn as ugly (and you can see in the story and other character's treatment of them that they're supposed to be ugly). This is what the ugly male/female lead tags are for (they are not supposed to be just someone's opinion of how well something is drawn, personally not liking a certain character design, etc.). Outside of main characters, it is probably not that important, though, so I'd be opposed to something that sounds so general like "ugly man" as a tag. (Because it could be any man in the manga. I'd like to keep tags focused on main characters and not get too much into side characters.)to holy'bell: Harem is a genre, so I've deleted that category (not Reverse Harem, though, that one's still there).

I was looking at the Monster girl and Monster girls categories and noticed that they should be merged into Monster girl/s category.

There's adfasfsafs category, and there are quite a number of series under that category: http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?category=adfasfsafs
There are 1366 agreed, 155 disagreed, and 258 series under this category.
Is this a prank or really legitimate category? If this legitimate, I don't understand what this is for...

A mod messed it up. I believe it should be the tag "Shoujo with Male Lead"
Can anyone else confirm before I make the change?
