Quote from Sagaris Quote from tokyo_homi well i am a cold person so i love the snow every bit of it i could cover myself up in it and fall asleep =D chaaaaa... you'd die if you did that... Actually snow is a great insulator and you can use it too keep warm. How do you think Eskimos survived in igloos?

I'm one of those poor souls that lives in the south and barely sees snow. It snowed here last Christmas though.

Snow prevents the cold air from getting in, but being in light clothed contact or skin contact with it for too long will lead to hypothermia.

Quote from ikuyoK If that is the one you're talking about then ok I said, "as far as I can remember." I knew there was one but I just thought you were too young to have been there. I was judging based off the only thing I could. Your profile. But obviously that is a lie I see... but if you knew that there was one you should have taken my word for it that that's what I was talking about ^^. My profile doesn't lie so don't be fooled by my shoujo filled reading list.
On topic: I miss the snow. It's been years since I've seen it.

Polite bump.
Meh, it's okay. Way overrated though. I love the white, thick snow that is so fun to play with~! Snow ball fights, whee. Going on ice lakes is fun too.

In the place I am, snow is not that common but the first snow is magical ... I remember the first snow of this year fell in spring on the 2nd of February, it was a few minutes passed midnite into Sunday, 2nd of Feb and I had stepped out from my house when the gentle flakes of snow covered the streets and the cars- so quietly and so profoundly beautiful

Not so much. Where I live, it snows from about September-May, not constantly, but that's about where it starts and ends. And whenever it snows everything turns to ice, and I'm very clumsy

Snow is good, once in a while. As long as it isn't the mushy dirty kind.

I love snow. The look of it, the smell of it, everything.
I hate it when the beauty snow is ruined when it turns yellow by dogs...

We don't get snow were I live... though with a 3-4 hour drive you can find snow in the mountains, but I've never been so I don't have a practical opinion on. I just think I like it.

You also get used to the cold. If you had over 30 degrees celsius for few weeks and then suddenly the temperature dropped to just -5, you'd be freezing like you were on Antarctica in winter.
