Hachimitsu to Clover (Honey & Clover).
This manga has plenty of what you're looking for. Since the manga follows a number of different characters, some of them get a good ending, some not--it tries to be true to life like that. But there is unrequited love aplenty, with a number of the guys in love with unavailable women.
(Come to think of it, if it's a shoujo/josei manga featuring a male lead, he'll usually have to deal with some element of unrequited love.)

Replay the girl gives the guy a pain you can't imagine ( I don't want to spoil it more, just read it if you like romance manhwas because it's really good, not realistic though)
