It's a tie between face and body, which, if I'm looking at looks alone, matter most to me.
I don't care about his style, or what he's wearing, as long as it's not a potato sack; fashion and clothes are my territory, he doesn't need to be stylish. He just needs to be hot, and it's a true fact that hot people look hot in anything.

using solely the options provided, this is the order of which i examine potential mates:
How tall he is
How well built he is- toned body, brawn etc
Smart/intelligent/passionate/funny etc
His handsome good looks
How his voice sounds
How smart/cool he dresses and his hair looks
His cute smile
His amazing eyes
How cute his butt is - honesty, i don't see how guys' butts can be "cute"
in a more accurate order of my own standards:
height
face
intelligence
sense of humor
physique
apparels

It feels so shallow to say it, but the first thing I notice about a guy is 1. his hair, and 2. his clothes. I have a gigantic fetish for curly black hair. A guy can have the face of a bonobo and I'll think he's adorable if he has curly black hair (and is relatively young and slim)... And clothes are a useful gauge as to how much of a douche a guy is! For example, every Abercrombie logo adds a +50 to the scale.
I'm never attracted to anyone just by looks, though, and only personality and intelligence will make me want to befriend someone. (Only curly black hair + personality and intelligence makes me fall in love with someone.)

Wow. Lots of others are into a guy's dress sense too. It's a big turn on if they have a strong sense of style.
Also, I tend to like guys who are masculine. Not in a bulging muscles kind of way, but I like them to have arms where you can see the veins and tendons (that sounds weird I know) and also I like a bit of stubble. It's sexy as hell.

Me too! (I don't mean the giggling)  My perfect guy would be tall and handsome with black hair and blue eyes .... >.> ah but like that's going to happen.
:S Unfortunately I'm very picky when it comes to guys; they have to be generally very handsome, tall, the right age, and then on top of that they have to have a personality that I get on well with 
but here's the order I generally look at a guy;
overall good looks
height (has to at least be as tall as me)
age/build
eyes - the window to the soul
........ and well ... if they pass that, then generally the next question is; are they taken or married ?? seriously, everyone I know is getting married at a really young age! -_-
I don't think dress sense matters that much - but only because there's a huge majority of guys that have none! once you start dating a guy, you can generally influence what they wear and try to fix their (lack of) style

I think... for example, a fit body shape, decent-looking hair and good skin, at least. Rough skin full of pimples or sun spots are likely a sign of someone not taking care of himself/herself and their health and lifestyle. It's just my opinion though. Also good manners and posture perhaps? What are good in terms of those are a bit culturally specific, I believe.
