Freezing Flame has a part in it like #7, in the second volume I believe.
#12 there's a Naono Bohra volume called Covetous You, Insensible Me, the title story is about a a bartender with a lot of younger siblings who falls for a Caucasian high school student who frequents his bar. But I believe the bartender is the uke.
Or, she also has a story about a cook and a patron, the second to the last story in Yokubou Shounen, that has the pairing you're looking for.

16. A guy who likes his senpai in high school and he confesses but the senpai doesn't like dumbish people in general. At one point, these guys try to beat the senpai up because there's going to be an exam soon and the senpai is really smart and they want him to do badly. Someone gets beat up. And all the boy asks for is at least a kiss from the senpai.

Hey. Have you ever read about this manga? I didnt remember the tittle so i will write about the story that i remember....
A young man work in company. One day his friend (boy) say that he never try to dating or have lover. So oneday that man say that he want to teach his friend about that kind of thing. Begin with changing his look, n then teach him to date, n teach him about kissing.... When he teach his friend how to kiss, he start to realise that he already falling in love with his friend.... and for the last part, both of them transfere to another company (same company and they became lover) yaoi.
I only remember until that part.... huhu.... because i read it randomly and its bee a few year n i already forget the tittle.... if you or your friend have read this kind of manga, please tell me the tittle.... i really miss this manga.... huhu tq.....
