What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

That specific page is from chapter 1, lately all our recruiting pages are from that manhwa. The drawing is so expressive XD.

It never appears in the actual story of the manga. It's actually an extra page done by the author at the end of volume 1 containing some personal chit chat [blog].
Just a hint: usually scanlators use the manga they're scanning for theyr credit/recruitment pages.

And yeah, I know they do. I do try to look too and stare at cover pages for the manga, but sometimes Im just plain stumped.

#16 is from the monochrome version of the cover of Ouji, a manga anthology. It isn't listed here (at least, I couldn't find it). The artist is Hotta Kiichi of Kimi to Boku fame.
