I find that quote funny.
I love Momo from Kimi wa Pet. Theres just something about him that makes me go "squee!" and I don't squee. And Shin from Gokusen. Oh the things I want to do to that boy. I just love just about everything about him. Especially how he looks. Very "Busie" indeed.

My absolute favorite is Chiaki-senpai! from Nodame Cantabile, I love him! His passion for music, his intellect, he's talented, and how kind he becomes after he falls in love. Everything I want in a man.
So I guess what I look for in a josei hunk is
Passion and Intellect/Talent because I think these qualities bring out the most interesting and sexy things in guys
I also love Manabe from Shuukatsu!! - Kimi ni Naitei and Hokuto from Hapi Mari. They're f*cking hot 
though the manga is not finished at all I saw the movie and I loved Makoto from Tada, Kimi wo Aishiteru

Masayuki from Chou yo Hana yo is a real hunk, but I'd be drooling over any of the males in Karneval. You have Gareki, Yogi, Koroku, etc... Gah. They're all so ripped.

I can honestly say I hate most Josei. Most I've read or seen is pointless smut-driven plot. Bad characters and poor development. I prefer Shounen eye-candy. Itachi from Naruto, Byakuya from Bleach. I may like dark long hair and brooding types, but they are far from those wimpy ultra-fem men you see in shoujo or josei.

dude, what josei have you been reading o_o search for high rated josei that doesn't have the smut tag attached to it. there are plenty quality ones~
okay, so i love me some hot men too, but i really value confidence and passion above all else. therefore, near the top of my list is kuranosuke from Kuragehime. i would go lesbian for the female version of him, but i love his passion and drive for the fashion industry and on transforming tsukimi. LOVE. guh, i also have a thing for his much older but not-experienced-at-all brother shu AHHHH SO ADORABLE.
i also love takemoto from honey and clover ;_; so innocent!
