nana to kaoru XD the ecchi isn't pointless its part of the main plot lol
On a serious note you should try b gata h kei as I just noticed it wasn't in your list. Despite its name and plot its not perverse just funny. Sweet idiot couple, and definitely slow romance.... not so much on the drama tho as its a comedy based story.
There is also boku wa ookami its a pretty cliche mini reverse harem(the phrase I was looking for was love triangle) but still pretty sweet
Aside from that I can't rly think of anything that want mentioned and isn't on your list x.x

thanks I'll look into it, I hope people still look for the first post, because they tend to forget and just post according to the topic title... (Just saying this because I noticed an increase of the love-triangle, harem and reverse harem tags)
already read Beast Master, Kamisama Hajimemashita, Strobe Edge and Nana to Kaoru though, but I can only agree on the second and third one, the last one really doesn't fit into the "cute" category, seriously^^

Some others -
Sugar soldier - very cute so far. I saw some reviews comparing it to Hiyokoi, which is why I read it. I don't really see the comparison, but it is nice.
Saruyama! Been a while since I read this, but I remember liking the characters a lot.
How do you feel about one-shots? Cuz there's a bunch that are sweet and don't go too fast - like Nil no Koi☆Mahoujin or Kamisama Onegai! (MITSUKI Kako). Also A small world or I am a piano, although those aren't exactly romances, but they do deal with love - and are both beautiful (I think).

@jungen8: I don't really like one-shot romances, because well, as soon as it startet and got nice, it's finished... I'd prefer to "spend more time with the characters" especially when it's about romance, drama or tragedy... But I'll add this to the request, thx for reminding me.
