I see what you did there, but I'm not so sure if that manga can be considered cute romance.

Hibi Chouchou Cutest manga I read recently <3
Love So Life I only read a few chapters. But it's pretty sweet. If somewhat slow.
Taiyou no Ie the main characters are just so cute <3

(some are on-going, some are complete):

Library Wars: Love & War - there's cute young adult romance.
Itazura na Kiss - read pass through first volume or more, then you'll get to grow fond of it.
Love Hina - indulge yourself in cute shonen romance filled hilarity.
Hana Kimi - nice, even J-live action (2007 version) was hilarious
Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen - nice one.
Reimei no Arcana - it takes you to a different world, but just great.
Kare First Love - very sweet
H³ School! - nice one too
Kimi ni Todoke - very cute and very popular in Japan.
Hadashi de Bara wo Fume - cute romance of meiji era.
Midori no Hibi - cute shonen romance
Baby Love - soo cute

These are highly recommended ^_^ hope you try all of them out.

All good recommendations thus far. Especially Love Hina, Kimi ni Todoke, and Hiyokoi (sugary-sweet but not stupid).
