I pretty much agree with everything Creshie said. His read more like something a 10 year old would write as a homework assignment than a true literary artist. I won't talk about the over whelming number of beutiful prose and poetry I find in novels, but in manga and manhwa alone I can think of much more moving verses.

Tite Kubo gets points for effort, but he should probably just stick to the repetitve storylines, shallow characters and lengthy battles interspersed with long monologues explaining what is actually happening because it is impossible to tell from the art. He should remember his demographic and stop trying to make Bleach seem more that it is, it's just painful.

Bleach is what it is. Its not really poetry, but its still a fun read. I'm pretty sure i've read better verses in other manga. Tite is successful with what he does. So now he can basically do whatever the hell he wants. Its shonen what more can you expect. Its basically about the mc powering up against bad guys over and over again. No matter how much you can dislike bleach the japanese people don't. Essentially Japan doesn't care what you think about their work. In most cases they prefer you to gtfo out of their business.

You are like the dense main character in a shoujo manga.

bleach is in my 'unfinished list' but when I was reading it, I didnt think his prose is bad. and there's no point bashing something not intended for you anyway, its for grade and middle-school kids, I'm sure it is good enough for them.
