I remember reading somwhere, that some Korean guy married a Christmass Tree and other one his hug pillow...so yeah I'm not really surprised that this topic came into view.
But for me real life FTW..and so does real life girls. 
PS: Try hugging a piece of paper, to realise that 2D is not a good way to spend your life loving.
