I'm scared of anything supernatural, gory deaths, insanity, diseases, rabid insects/animals...etc. Anything out of my normal routinized life. .___.;

Subtle things. J-Horror is actually pretty good at accomplishing that. For example, like in Box, when the guy's getting in the elevator and you see the little girl going up the stairs next to it.
Its not really a shock  type scare, but its the sort of things that'll make me not want to look at the stairs for an hour or two... 
Anyways, the only horror things ever scare me involve ghosts.

I hate the idea of a ghost, especially one that is vengeful, that is everywhere you go and because it isn't physical you can't fight it off.

If it's a horror manga, anime or film, it won't really scare me, at the time, but may later if I think something in it could actually happen. In real life the one thing that truly scares me, is insects crawling on me.

Sane people going insane is pretty scary. Imagine that in real life. No thank you
People being possesed would probably come second out of that list.
Basically, people changing into scary beings are scary because of the capabilities they gain when they go mad.

I have ths dread for Ju-on kinda movies. Really white apparitions with eyes staring at u esp wen ur on th bed or the bath or toilet.i do dislike scary movies.

Possessions and insanity would be my favourites. The only problem is that those situations are often, if not always, depicted in such a manner that the victims of such possessions, etc, act very predictably, one can tell from the first sight that someone is possessed or whatever is the situation about, they act like puppets. What would really be frightening is having an ordinary person, doing one's everyday routine, nothing suspicious, always acting the same, have a dark secret, something really terrifying and that dark secret should be given much detail and meticulously explained and depicted.

I'd say that taken one's freedom/life for the greater good of a group because the horrible person/creator/leader said so. See The Lottery as an example.

(one month) BUMP.
I chose --> 9 - certain raged organisms (shark, bats, rats, maggots, insects, cockroaches, or other)
m-m-m-maggots.
After seeing something on the road a few years ago,
covered in those disgusting, twitching, wiggling creeps,
I simply cannot look at those things the same way as before.
I'm mortified by them. =\
