That is a lot more impressive in all one post lol, and just to be an a I'm going to add kurohime now that uve got the huge list bigrazz ... on another note its pretty funny, a tearjerker, and pretty awesome at times..... the main storyline gets annoying later on, but the romance story is unendingly interesting.... I LOVED the middle of this story, one of the most amazing male protags ever...

Didn't think about it but the relationship in ai kora is a little... uh.... unnatural...... and in mouse its weird in that the girls are sm freaks and his servants but he doesn't indulge in it rly.... except when drunk... and the after effects hilarious... borderline h if I remember right... and then to finish off is rappi rangai fighting manga, ninja girl, servant.... and she is on a mission to hook him up with a princess.... some uh... conflicting emotions lol

Beast Master- a boy who acts like an animal.
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time- you should watch the anime.
Kara no Shounen- specifically, third story. Phenomenal oneshots.
Munto
One-Pound Gospel- a boxer and a nun. Nuns falling in love is pretty uncommon, yeah?
Rurou no Tabi
Kingyo Sou- deaf boy.

Demon Lords or Supernatural beings:
[m]Watashi no Ookmi-san[/m]
Juvenile Orion
Kanata Kara- a personal favorite.

Hana Ni Arashi, as the heroine has super strength, but wants to be normal. The hero is a childish, arrogant rich jerk. The relationship dynamic is nothing special, however. Still, it's quite funny, and well written.

NG Life--I almost died laughing. The protagonist's wife in his past life was reborn as a a guy with a powerful punch. His past life's best male friend was reincarnated as a really cute girl. He's the only one that remembers anything. In the background, there's a couple that seems to be in mutual dislike/hatred. But it's not the typical love-hate romance. It's certainly of a darker nature.

Durarara!!'s protagonist is a dullahan. A headless faerie. Other than that, her personality is kind of cute, and she's quite the badass. The one that she ends up with is just--absolutely-adorkable, who loves her despite the lack of head, and can even read her facial expressions... despite not having a face.
TLDR:
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
The decoy protagonist Mikado's romance is also quite unusual... No, all the romances by this author are really unusual (haha). Anyway, his love interest is incapable of love (presently), and her true identity is seriously awesome. Seiji is in love with the protagonist's head, and ends up with his stalker that once had the protagonist's head sewed on. When she's herself again, they become fake lovers. Seiji's sister is in love with him romantically. On the other hand, Kasuka falls for a human (actually, half-monster, we later find out--not telling what kind) that wants to become a monster, as he, a monster (incapable of showing his own emotions), wants to become human.

The manga, unfortunately, is not an option as the art is terrible. Either watch the anime or read the novel. Beware the fandom, though. Most of the fandom goes for a completely different pairing--none of those I mentioned. (Haha)

By the way, the anime for Mirai Nikki has been out for a while. It's really freakin' awesome~ Much better than I anticipated.
Oooh, Land of the Blindfolded is one of my favourites. <3 I loved the story and plot.

Good luck finding more unusual romance dynamics. :c Many of what came to my head were really complex character relationships... but they were all BL. And some of them were so twisted they couldn't be counted as a love story. OTL Sorry.

The Sleepy Residents of Birdcage Manor, I find their circumstances rather unusual than I do the romance, its very good, its a bit like chalk and cheese relationship.

Oyayubihime Infinity.

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Its about reincarnated souls who are reborn this lifetime to find their matching partner, I quite like the storyline since its unique and the fact being that they are reborn in order to find their 'soul mate' of the past to convey a message in which they weren't able to last life time.

Highly recommend the above manga.

Sorry i didn't check your reading list for repeats beforehand, but since other people will read this for recommendations, i'm just listing some that come to mind.

Kuragehime - I really love this author's take on the otaku-genre. I seldom laugh out loud at mangas, but this one is pretty hilarious. Great character ensemble, i don't think there's a character in this series that isn't funny/interesting. Plus, a really good anime adaptation!

Kaze Hikaru - a romance set against a really vivid historical backdrop, and i would say that historical and cultural factors are not overlooked where the romance is concerned, so it's very interesting.

Usagi Drop - i loved this. dunno if i should have seen where it was going from the beginning, but it was still a bit of a surprise. also has an anime adaptation, but i have not seen it.

Nodame Cantabile - Nodame might be one of my favorite manga heroines ever. She's pretty hilarious, and i love that the guy seems to fall in love with her against his will.

Ghost Hunt - seems pretty typical up until the end when...
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
...we find out that she's in love with the ghost of the male protagonist's twin brother.

If you watch anime, you might enjoy Tatami Galaxy as well! Really great visual style, very fresh and eye popping....just make sure you can read subtitles really fast.

This last one is just on my mind because i finished reading it just the other day...

Wolf Guy - Ookami no Monshou - this one may not be to your liking, but i surprised myself in liking this series, so who knows. Really excessive violence, and a pretty graphic rape scene. However, i could hardly believe this still managed to have a romantic element to it.

Ah, one on my favorites is Akagami no Shirayukihime. It's very good! In a historical setting, with different protagonists. And the art is amazing <3

Also, I'd reccomend Dokuhime. It's a dark manga, with a death being a major role.

Lastly, I have Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun. Only a bit different, as the protagonists' relationship is complicated and different in itself.
