Change 123 BUT, and this is a big butt, she's not much of a character, and it's sort of ecchi. You could say she's the main but not the protag because the manga very much revolves around her and her power. I was also going to say Air Master. There's also Teppuu , a grounded MA fighting with Dream/UFC/Shooto/Pancrease type competitions. The girl's tall and learns very fast.
