i can put me away some bread, a glass of water and a warm loaaf of sourdough and i have a fantastic time, i also like wheat and rye. white is ok sometimes, but it is mostly air and sugar...

there's this really famous local bakery here called great harvest.
well the one here is good, i'm not sure if it's national.
ANYWAY it makes the best bread. evarrr. you don't even need to add
anything to it. my favourite is called apple scrapple. ohgod, it like
melts in your mouth.

Croissants count as bread right? I like them.
I can't really tell the difference between regular white bread, wholemeal and brown bread. It all tastes the same to me except with different textures.
There's so many kinds of bread..I have trouble swallowing multigrain.
Actually I'm more of a toast fan since I toast almost all my bread unless it doesn't fit in the toaster. Then they just go in the oven.
