Okay there is this manhwa that I forgot the name of and I'd be great if yall could help. It is about this girl (i think her name is like kang mi ra or something) and she was bullied becuase she was ugly and fat and she liked this one dude but he harsly rejected her so she lost alot of weight and confessed to him again and he said no "Becuz you are still ugly" so she does surgery and soon goes to college and etc. The main lead is a bad boy and he has golden eyes and i think he has white hair the mean girl is su ah i think also the main lead has red hair (shortish). there is also a popular ish senior boy who has anger issues and hit the main lead with a chair before.
