Yes, boyfriend. Nine months so far and about 5 of that is long distance and continuing to be long distance. He's currently doing NS (National Service) for 2.5 years which is compulsory for Singaporean males. I live in Australia and still in university so it's not much of an option to visit him often.
I hope we do okay

Quote from Dragonfiremule
Quote from WandereroftheDeep
If I'm 25 and still single, I might just try leaving the door open, put some beer in the fridge, and place an opener where it can be easily spotted, and one will show up on its own; I heard that's supposed to work, and I think that by then I'm sufficiently desperate to believe it .
I laughed so much. Are you trapping a wild animal?
Yes, or luring in a cat, it doesn't really matter; it's the same thing anyway .
Quote from Pikapu
... Oh my.... be careful if you do try this. @_@ Make sure to have a gun or defense weapon ready in case it doesn't turn out the way you wanted....... like if someone came to rob your house.... or your money.... or something else that's valuable.... or if someone tries to jump you or something........
You're right, I should also make sure to have plenty of meat in the house. If that doesn't work there's always the option of using kitchen knives, I keep mine well sharpened; everyone should have a set of well-sharpened kitchen knives .

Maybe I need to rethink whether I am being asked if I have a significant other from real life or from fantasy What I'm sure of is that human relationships usually have unnecessary complications.

No, I don't want a boyfriend. When I go out on a date, it's because I'm a dense shoujo manga girl and I thought that the guy only wanted to hang out as friends. I call it 'undating' and my last four dates have been undates.
In my defense though, 'do you want to go for coffee/dinner/whatever'... isn't this ambiguous? Why should I assume that I'm being asked out just because I'm female and the other party is male? I DEMAND CLARITY!
And yeah, in regards to the 'who pays' discussion a few pages back, I also dislike it when guys try to pay my share. I think it's cute when they hold the door though. But who cares about my opinion, because I'm emotionless and only undate.

I've been with the same guy on and off for 4 years already. I don't know when it will suddenly end.

Does being married to a fictional character counts? Though its actually one-sided :3
