I'm adjusting my second suggestion because I realized many people have more than one favorite character, and even if they do have one remembering there blood type may be asking much
I think it be more clever to ask
What's your favorite "type" of character?

Although there will probably be some people not aware of the personality associated with each one and confused by this.
Of course you can always ask what's your blood type if that hasn't been done already in which case you may want to add +'s & -'s

what about this as a manga poll
If anime was a fruit and manga was a vegetable, what fruit and vegetable would they be?
a. apple and cabbage
b. orange and carrots
c. kiwi and mint leaves
d. how the hell would I know?
e. why can't it be kool aid and vodka?
this is kinda random, i guess lol... maybe e should be taken out.... yeah, maybe take out e lol

Kind of a simple one, but here it is:
Which did you do first?
-watch anime
-read manga
-anime and manga at roughly the same time
-other (light novel, visual novel, game, live action adaptation, etc.)
I don't recall this being done before, but whatever.

How about this:
In every Action manga there is those guys (it is was far as i know always males) that for some reason (usally a completly random one) messes with the Lead in the manga, and they get brutaly beaten up (wether or not the Lead is male or female), Those guys are like pigs, raised indorrs in a cage just to get slaugthered for food. The mangaka uses them to show of their Lead and then throws them away and we all foget them.
So heres the the Question:
Do you ever feel sorry for those guys?
-No, of couse not
-No, and they are a neccesary part to make the Lead shine.
-Yes, I feel sorry for them
-Yes, I feel sorry for them but, they are acceptable victim's for the Leads cause
-Wait... Wait... Ah you mean those guys, I never thought about those guys as human beings
