When i was broswing on google i seen some really awesome ones here:http://www.insanelenses.com/Custom-Color-Contacts-orderby0-p -1-c-30.html bigrazz
Lol, those are really interesting contacts...I'd like to have those completely black ones ( too many vamp movies, sheesh )
It's a shame, that color contacts are bad for the eyes ( even the slightly colored ones ), especially when you're wearing them for a longer period of time ( a month, months ).

@doc - hey, good luck tomorrow. you better focus when the guy will be explaining how to put the contacts on bigrazz

umm, I never knew colored contacts were harmful... Anyone know why exactly?

Don't colored contacts have some extra chemical in them that could hurt your eyes? Or do they filter the light so that you don't see very many colors? Those are just guesses.

And I wear glasses. Nice, black frames. I'm scared of contacts.

no. you don't see out of your iris. the pupil area of colored contacts is clear, too, so you're making stuff up.

Spectacles for me is the school thing. When i need to see the board and stuff.. As for others, I don't wear them. I try not to wear them in Gym since if I don't want to break my glasses D:

I look fine with both glasses and non-glasses biggrin

There's that confidence.

I don't think it would bug me that badly to try contacts, but I'd rather stick with my glasses. I can always take them off if they're an inconveniance.

I've worn glasses since fifth grade. Wow, that's almost nine years ago! And I've never wanted to have contacts. I'm just trying to earn enough money to have LASIK surgery.

I've been complimented on how good my glasses are.

But not too sure if they were complimenting the looks on me.

I wear glasses only when I need to read something far away though, I used to wear them 24/7 but I dropped my pair of glasses and someone stepped on them. So I am not willing to break another 250$ pair.

Only if the vision in your real eye needs correction. We care about focus here, not depth perception.

My jaw nearly dropped when I saw that nearly half of the people who voted wear glasses. So we're one big happy family of four-eyes ^_^

I can't stand anything touching my eyeballs. And I'm sososososooo scared of the idea of getting laser surgery I guess I'll be wearing glasses for the rest of my life. I wore them since 6 (now I'm 15) so it shouldn't be that much of a problem...

Just a question to everyone else: how the heck do you wipe them? I use sprays for glass surfaces (although mine are made from plastic) and it works perfectly fine...especially for leaving people with a WTF face.

"Maaam` janitor can I get some glass-surface spray? Because you know there's this grease stain that just won't...come...offf X("

I wear them about the same amount time. It depends on how lazy I am feeling in the morning. I disgustingly have extreme near-sightedness, so if I am reading a book or something like that, I usually don't need either.

And I usually just clean them on my shirt.

Don't wear them, but I've been having trouble reading from far back. >_>; Have an eye exam appointment next week. x3

Doesn't help that in 3 of my classes, my assigned seat's at the back XD

I wear both. I wear glasses when I'm chillen around the house, not doing anythin special, or just chillen with friends. I wear contacts If I'm going out "on the town", or working out. Especially workin out
