I haven't read Tenchi Muyo, but if I'm getting this right, you're saying Tenchi/princess is incest because Tenchi is half the princess's species?

This is just a suggestion, and i'm not even sure it's a good one, but if you are worried about spoilers, then maybe you should tag it for what it appears to be, rather than what it turns out being in the end.
so for example:

I feel like as long as the idea of incest is present, then it counts. i mean, if two people fall in love even though they think they are siblings, then to me that still counts as an incest manga (although I agree that it's not the same thing).

for Eden no Hana, even though they end up being stepsiblings, you would still label them as siblings since you don't find out the truth until a ways into the story.

Princess Princess has adopted siblings (brother/sister) incest as a subplot.
Also, I don't know if it counts if it isn't treated as incest, but if it does, then both Kuroshitsuji and Fruits Basket count as cousin/cousin (male/female) incest.

Ok, not to put down the thread starter here, but some of the information on the list in not correct. I'm refering to the brother/sister full siblings list. Some of the mangas mentioned are not in fact blood related siblings.
