Ok, but honestly...the new goverment isn't that very good. I'm surprised he's in power tbh, we are in a recision but some of the cuts he makes are a little OTT. Gives the rioters a little more of an excuse.

Example; If you are a rioter and you live in a council estate you are automatically evicted and made homeless.(scare tactics..well done.) Here's the best part...if you live in a house hold of five (random no. could be any no.) and one of your brother commits this crime of being in the riots, the whole family is also automatically homeless complements of the new prime minister.
Instead of giving longer jail sentences...this is his answer to it, F*&King stupid. What does he think they will do when they are homeless. laugh

That is fucking idiotic! So if a stupid 17 year old big brother riots, the 1 year old and the single mother are gonna get evicted? Yeah, it's totally the baby and the mothers fault. This better blow up in the prime ministers face. (Actually, this better not even be true. It's just too stupid.)

indeed it is. to think that this man is running our country, ive lost hope ages ago.......

the whole thing just got out of hand and people ended up trying to deal with the rioters themselves .like that poor guy who got killed as he was trying to put out a fire. my uncle lives round the corner from where that happened and he's been sitting by the door with a shotgun to scare off anyone in case they looted him. no

Not a lie, I watch the news here and there. Just thought to myself how ridiculous it was.

Not sure if I really support the idea, but it's not as ridiculous as you guys make it sound. It is government owned housing for people in need. If you start rioting, they figure you no longer deserve special treatment and kick you out. If you have a family living there with you, it's not like they can just kick only you out; you'll just go back and live with your family members and it's not exactly easy for them to monitor that.

And once you're kicked out, they can give the place to someone else who's in need and isn't being a menace to society.

Not as ridiculous laugh ?
Maybe you'll think differently when you see a homeless mother and her kid in the street looking for somewhere to live because of an "uncontrollable" 16 year old that went into a riot.
Yes, parents are responsible for their kids but have you been to Britain before?

How can you make light of a situation like that? Some of these youths don't even care for their family that much. Evict one person, sure...but a family? why...? Don't tell me he is now planing on giving the nation the 101 on parenting.
Bring back good all fashioned beatings for youths and more drastic measures for parenting if your going to punish parents aswell.

This man is supposed to run the country from a selection of the best and he comes up with this idea. Why should I make light of it? laugh

What people don't understand is that a lot of these youngsters could not give a crap about Cameron he is just some guy to them. Also these people have virtually nothing they are at the bottom of the pile so they have nothing left to loose so making them evicted is just going to fuel the situation and make tensions between them and athority even worse.

Instead of trying to find some sort of mutual understanding they just hammer down the word criminality and thuggery. I know that some of the rioters looted for opportunistic reasons but that in itself just shows you there is something very wrong in our society and it needs to be looked at more closely.

The families of the rioters should not be punished for what there siblings have done unless they have had some big part in the rioting themselves.
