Yeah didn't know if I should put on every single girl from gunslinger, so I just put on Henrietta...
GitS is ghost in the shell, and jba == jojo's bizarre adventure, tried to keep the list manageable and it seems I just made it confusing.
I think Motoko is still human, she still has a brain she has to transfer between bodies. I think I recall her having to have a new body transplant that takes several hours where her brain is moved into a new body(brothers have my copy and they're a couple hundred miles away), but near the end of the puppet master story she does seem to rely on her ghost more than anything, so I guess she's perpetually plugged in.

I picked 18 because Ed isn't a cyborg, he just artificial limbs! I mean if everyone with artificial limbs is a cyborg then I think my grandma is a cyborg...

its based on the type or artificial limb his is metal and works with the nerve system your grandmas doesn't =/

Let's put it this way...how many of these characters have the power to change the landscape of a planet and possibly destroy said planet single handedly if they so desired? I count 1 maybe 2 on that list that I know of.
