Hi I just started reading the novel Genius Doctor: Black Belly Miss. I'm enjoying it so I thought I'd ask for other suggestions. BTW is there any completely translated novels that anyone knows about?

There are many fully translated novels. You can find them with advanced search, for example like this.

It seems like you're into OP protag transmigration novels so maybe check out here for a search with transmigration, smart female lead, and romance. I also suggest maybe checking out Novel Updates' search function and forums.

Here are some good and fully translated LNs with noticeable amount of romance (listed in alphabetical order):

Hikaru ga Chikyuu ni Itakoro...... (Novel)
Hokuou Kizoku to Moukinzuma no Yukiguni Karigurashi (Novel)
Ookami to Koushinryou (Novel) - main story, 17 volumes, are all translated and published by Yen Press. Volumes after that are more like afterstory or spin-off.
Sayonara Piano Sonata (Novel) - main story is fully translated. It's not marked that way in the database due to some side-stories from the Encore volume.
Shitayomi Danshi to Toukou Joshi (Novel)
Toaru Hikuushi e no Tsuioku (Novel)
