Unconditional love?
Only between parents and children. not mutual love between friends and erm. romantic relationships?

Only from God and some parents
Quote from MasamiAkane No.
Humans are inherently selfish. We are, we are! I can't just go up to someone and bring myself to love them no matter what. But if I have a close relationship, I guess it can sometimes get close as I have a bad habit of being too nice and forgiving easily

Not all humans are selfish, and, yes, I believe it exists.

no i don't. there is no such thing as completely unselfish person.
it is just a concept that is created in order to make people see the ideal version of love. therefore, like all ideal things, it is impossible to obtain.

I think parents+ siblings give us unconditional love so I dont think its a myth but in real life, in romance and friendship, there isnt anything as unconditional love...I cant neither have I seen ppl have it for me..

I don't think humans are capable of unconditional love, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I believe God (and His Son) are capable of it and do give it to everyone. - End of Jesus Freak moment - Humans might be able to get glimpses of it occasionally and a loving parent-child relationship is probably the closest humans will get to unconditional love.

Romantically, no. I've only seen it once, and it was a family's love for its dog.

No. Every single person has a limit of how much crap, for the lack of a more appropriate word, they can take, regardless of who the person is that they are taking the crap from. What varies in each relationship is just how much crap can be taken by one person from the other.
