What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

I'm looking for a romance manga where the girl evolves from who she used to be, for example:
Skip Beat! She completely changes xD
Kaze Hikaru Her personality changes
Superior Her outlook changes
or Gakuen Alice
Spoiler (highlight to view)
(Sort of... because of her mom's alice and all...)

But i don't like horror, tragedies (in any way), or hentai (ecchi is okay). Thanks for any suggestions! ^^

You should try:
Paradise Kiss (personality change)
Honey Hunt (big overall change)

Those are the ones I can think of off of the top of my head...

You should try Kimi ni Todoke and Ojousama no Himitsu.
