Setting - post apocalypse fantasy kingdom, war between Empire and Republican, after endless nuclear war the civilization was reduced almost back into medieval age.
Location - Bedroom, Bathroom, Throne hall, Forest.
Person - Twin siblings of Royal Family, older sister x younger brother, both of them has been separated since birth due to revolt by rebels in early year., the brother went missing and adopted by the war commander of opposite faction (Republican). After a long struggle and conflicts, they are reunited at the end.

 I thought I had weird fantasy, but after reading the first few pages on this thread! gosh!
*cough*  well my fantasy has always been to serve as a butler/maid/servant/toy/whatever is asked for a ambitious life partner (or even a uhm group of 'partners')
