Oh yeah, thinking about it again, Saiyuki has incest in it too. I don't remember if anyone mention it but oh well...In the manga (anime don't mention it at all) there's SisterxBrother/MotherxSon'and I think FatherxSon but I'm not too sure about that.

Strange but the first manga I read was Angel Sanctuary , fell in love with the lead , then followed it faithfully throughout the 20 volumes. Finished it in 1 week . The relationship between the siblings Setsuna & Sara was just so BEAUTIFUL that I couldn't help but cry in some chapters . The plot was complicated with about a gazillion characters on the way .. but they were all beautifully drawn.I guess it was Kaori Yuk's artwork which really made me stick to the series.Incest is a very sensitive topic and if an author wants make people root for the the characters he/she has to have a significant plot cuz nonsensical fluff/hentai is not enough to make the story attractive to its readers.
I also read Koi Kaze but the male lead was not convincing enough for me to go and read ahead after the 1st few chapters.Also the female lead acting like it was nothing in the world and it was not something serious drove me away from this manga, also the artwork was bland especially for the male characters.
It is also mentioned in Utena , between the twins Miki and Kazoue.
Thanks to u all , now I've found even more great manga to read

This is a weird coincidence because I am currently reading Angel Sanctuary and I'm upto volume 6 (reading 2-3 volumes a day). It's very interesting however behind the incest is an incredibly complex plot about angels, demons and evils and what makes it even more confusing is the angelic culture and lifestyle. The artwork is superb when it comes to the beautifully drawn characters but it can be difficult to make out what is happening at times.
I've also read Koi Kaze which I managed to complete farily quickly and it was quite interesting. It seemed very slow in developing as the relationship kept on going 2 steps forward and 1 step back but it was good in the end. Also the artwork was nicely drawn but the characters were a bit bland.
Those two are the only ones I've read to do with any form of incest but I'm very interesting in the whole forbidden love idea, so I'll be looking into them. ^_^

Just thought I'd add The Flower of Evil to this list, because it's the newest incest story I've come across. The art is great, too, even if the angst is acidic.
I can't believe this thread is still going strong, lol. I started it so long ago... I guess people really are interested in this topic! Or is it just that forbidden fruit are the sweetest, insofar as stories go?

Incest is a complicated topic and every country/culture talk about it in their own way.
manga is the most favourite medium of entertainment in Japan (purely my opinion only, you need checking other media yourself) so there are a lot (a lot of lots) manga dealing with incest.
but in US, comics and manga are NOT the most favourite. That role belong to Stories. There's nearly half a millions stories and novels dealing with incest topic (of all degrees, from step-, in-law, then straight to full-blood). Just checking both sites: Storiesonline.net and Asstr.org. Ha! And we havent even touched newsgroups yet. incest perhaps is the most popular topic of Net stories.
If you want to write about incest, define first thing "what is incest? what degree of blood-related sexual contacts can be consider incest?" That's the most important part of your paper, as that will set the theme following up.
As an aside, cousin marriage (at first level, meaning children of brothers and sisters) are considered to be the norms worldwide throughout history up to 19th century (citation needed). Asia or Europe, America or Africa, no matter since the partner option of a marriage in previous centuries is quite limited. We couldnt go very far from our villages to marry outside our clans, you know! 
As a personal opinion, I always thought the USians always too tight-assed about that topic (please! step-, as well as in-law, are incest? Ha!  ) Then again, Chinese and chinese-influented cultures got quite a thing about relations between teachers and pupils/students too. So it's not like USians are alone in that matter. >_<
As for manga, there's one excellent manga "IO". Its a bit hentai and a harem kind. And the latest chapters show a twist that it's possible an incest manga (just possible, since it's ongoing) Very funny, Very sexy and definitely worth checking out. thats interesting... didn't know that. Incest is such a taboo topic in western culture that I didn't think there would be that many around. People don't like to think they exist... I think.
anway, this is pointless as this topic was made months ago, but found a shounen- ai manga called nocturne. Very sweet and sad story but enjoyable, and I don't usually read those types. It has a sequel called Prelude

Well actually "IO" starts of as a typical Harem type comedy but it quickly develops into an intricate story of Supernatural Mystery that cannot be compared to any manga or anime I have read/seen so far . I wouldn't call it a hentai because there isn't a sex scene, but there are a couple of times when things get heated ;). The incest isn't really a part of it as it is just a shocking discovery near the very end. ^_^
