Slop Mansion ni Okaeri Chapter 1 - This manga is more of a sad story of a girl's love. It's somehow complicated detailing it, but it's father/daughter. But, it's not incest. I'm 100% sure of it.

i have notice a lot of harshness towards incest. granted, its a little out of the ordinary, but i treat it like gays. i let them do their thing. they are just 2 people who happen to be in love, nothing more, nothing less.

Itoko Doushi is about two cousins. I really like it, but the end was so open.
Also the main character in Blood Alone has kind of a sister complex

Shounen Teikoku: A series about a 12 year old boy who is ends up having sex with (in no particular order) his mother, his sister, his neighbor, his girlfriend, his girlfriend's mother, his teacher, his school nurse, and two of his classmates. It also has one of the greatest lines ever spoken by a twelve year old girl, "NO INCEST THIS EARLY IN THE MORNING!" Incest isn't really the main focus, but it plays a huge role in the story. It does have a well written (for a hentai) story and somehow manages to make a woman having sex with her son seem sweet and innocent (well, maybe not that innocent).
Also Oniichan Control, which is about a guy who's in love with his yandere sister. She's perfectly ok with that. He isn't.

I second (or third, or seventh) Flowers of Evil and Hitsuji no Uta
And... Adekan, perhaps? Shiro and Anri aren't blood related, but they're 'blood brothers', and even though they, as adults, pretty much keep trying to kill eachother, some of the scenes from their childhood are quite... suggestive. At least they view eachother as brothers, I would say.
And Kamakiri, featuring cousins. It only comes in around the last chapter, and the story doesn't revolve around it, but it's still quite good.

I feel exactly the same way. It should be treated almost exactly as a homosexual relationship, only that they should have one side consider becoming sterile / infertile to avoid having a child with bad genes (think about the child in this case, not about the parents) and if they want children then, like homosexuals, they can just adopt! :3
I'm definitely adopting, can't have my genes passed down (Severe migraines run in the family, the genes shall die with me xD!)

wow, i thought this topic died out a few years ago, kinda surprised to see just how interesting people find "taboo" stuff in manga, but then again i cant complain, i love a good taboo story now and then aswell lol
