Definitely Uzumaki or Tomie. Also the movie version of Uzumaki was pretty creepy eek eek

The movie isn't even scary until like after 20 minutes but up till then it is creepy like hell. I was relived to see some horror. The manga is too creepy for words .... eek eek

I would rather have a 13 year old read Lolicon ('Cause they're around the same age (?)) than some 53 year old man.

Never read any creepy mangas, guess I should try out some. none

well......I'm not sure. But I think Creepy is a section of scary. Scary is too broad.
